Ameristar Casino Resort Spa St. Charles is located just to the west of the airport in historic St. Charles, Missouri - right on the river, and only moments from downtown St. Although the casino has an amazing 130,000 square feet of gaming space there is a lot more to do here than simply gamble, and your amenable hosts will make sure that. AMERISTAR-ST CHARLES SUNDAY BRUNCH BUFFET. We went to visit my daughter on Sunday and we stopped at Ameristar for their brunch. I have to say it was not up to par. It is usually pretty good. They needed more vegetables. I didn't care for the potatoes. I prefer regular hash browns. The service was good.
