North West Gambling Board Rules
The main purpose of the WCGRB is to control and regulate gambling and racing within the Province of the Western Cape, that will provide a stable, just, consistent and effective regulatory environment; inspire public confidence and trust, in an environment free from corruption and unlawful gambling and racing activities; and contribute to the economy of the Western Cape in a socially. West Virginia has a comprehensive set of gambling laws in place that address most forms of gambling. The WV code addresses some basic concepts related to playing or hosting unsanctioned games of chance, but other laws combine to cover most other forms of gambling in such a way that players have a wide range of options both in-person and online.

The mission of the Board is to provide effective and efficient regulatory services and maintain a gambling industry, which contributes to socio-economic growth and development.
The Entity's strategic goal is to regulate business activities in the province to create a conducive legal, business and socio-economic environment for business prosperity. The goal statement is to: roll-out limited payout machines; facilitate the discussion on the reallocation of the fifth casino licence; license bookmakers and totalisators; combat illegal gambling in the province; and promote responsible gambling.
